    I have two extra bits of advice.
    1.Stay in the sun – but cover up before you start getting burnt! Vitamin D Deficiency is becoming a health problem because too many people are not getting enough sunshine due to using sunblock, covering up, or staying indoors.
    2. Visit your dentist regularly to ensure you have a beautiful youthful smile and healthy teeth and gums.
